Eugénie Desmedt lives and works in Vienna. At the interface between installation, media art and language art, she researches conflicting senses of agency and control at the interface of physical and digital space. Eugénie studied at the University of Warwick, the University of Vienna and the University for Applied Arts Vienna. Her work has been shown in galleries, backyards, festivals, abandoned houses, flats of friends, former caserns. Currently she is pursuing a PhD with the Robopsychology Lab at the Linz Institute of Technology.
