In an entanglement between scientific research and personal experience, Shake it gently. deals with a longing for chaos and dizziness. In four essays ("Through Noise", "Through Possibility", "Through Control", and "Through Incompleteness") a method is being developed for approaching the topic gently while moving though the field of tension between order and chaos.

In the final installation, the literary search meets the algorithmic one. In an audioreactive video, computer generated noise struggles with techniques from machine vision, constantly finding and losing sense in the image.
